Recently I discovered a music website called Finetune. Am loving it!
You get to create your own play list (as many as you want!) and no commercials! Each track has to have 45 songs in the list, so, yeah, pretty much means that you have to make the list... ha~ don't have time to define all those 45 songs? it takes you 2 years to make the list? No worries, you can just click "I am lazy" button to let the system choose the rest of the songs for you (within similar type of music).
For example, I love Duffy's music, so I just searched for Duffy and then put her songs on the list, for the rest, I just used "I am lazy". To be honest, the songs system chose were quite alright!
The only small critique is that you can only choose max. 3 songs out of one artist.. So no matter how much I like Duffy, I can't have all her songs on one list. 
I think this is to promote other not-that-famous singers.
But I still love it! no more commercials, no more internet radio lag!! GREAT!
